Onboarding:
We meet, scope of the size of the project to achieve your business goals. We then provide you with a bespoke quote for your needs and confirm the deliverables that will be produced.
Open communication is key at this stage of the project so everybody is on the same page and knows what to expect avoiding any confusion or pain down the line.
Pre-production:
We have a brand audit to deep dive into your current status. What do you sell, who to, who will you be looking to sell to in the next year, five years, ten years. What drives your business and what does short and long term success mean to you and your team.
Production—Main Course One, Brand:
Brand work needs to be done first. Liam takes all of the preliminary work and begins his three step process:
1. Research and inspiration.Taking a wide look around - competitor and target audience analysis, design trends, books, art, and the outside world.
2. Testing and playExperimenting with different visual design concepts, layout ideas, styles, fonts, colours, patterns and graphic elements to find a suitably delicious direction.
3. Tighten and deleteCurating a brand is about choices, what to include, and just as important, what not to include. Disciplined editing is an art. When I present your brand, I’ve heavily refined and driven to what I believe is the single best solution and create a presentation to encapsulate his vision of your future.
4. Refinement and sign off
We collaborate with you to make sure any amends are completed to leave you happy and confident in your new brand direction. With sign off we will be ready to export assets and move on to additional collateral such as business cards, and importantly, your second main course—the website.
Production—Main Course Two, Website:
Once your brand is sorted, we follow a clear, hands-on process to design a website that reflects where your business is moving towards. Here’s how Tom turns your brand into something tangible:
1. Research and Strategy. It all starts with understanding who your website needs to speak to. We’ll dig into your target audience—what they need, what they expect, and how best to connect with them. We’ll also look at your competitors, spotting opportunities to stand out and attract the right attention. From there, we determine the tone of voice that’ll resonate and map out the best way to offer your services clearly and persuasively.
2. Design and Exploration. Next, the fun part. We move into the design phase. This is where Tom get's creative, exploring different design concepts, layouts, and ideas that bring your brand to life online. We’ll experiment with layouts, imagery, and graphic elements, ensuring everything aligns with both your brand and your audience. It’s all about testing what works, ensuring the site is both engaging and functional.
3. Refining the Design. Once we’ve got some strong ideas, Tom will refine everything—paring it back to what’s essential and ensuring the design feels cohesive and intuitive. This isn’t just about making things look pretty; it’s about making sure your site feels effortless to use, directing visitors where you need them to go, and helping them understand exactly what you offer.
4. Feedback and Final Tweaks. Now it’s your turn. Tom will present the design to you, walking you through every detail and how it works towards your business goals. We’ll collaborate on any tweaks or changes, making sure it’s exactly what you need. Once you’re happy and sign off, I’ll handle the final steps—exporting assets, development and getting everything ready for launch.
The end result? A high-performing website that not only looks the part but speaks to the right people and drives real results for your business.
Once the onboarding is complete with the project deliverables agreed and the deposit paid, we will book time into our schedule. The are many variables which usually centre around your availability to provide content for the website and feedback turnaround, but the usual timeline is about 12 weeks.
As part of the agreed quotes there is a standard there is one full round of revisions are included within this process. Smaller tweaks here and there are built into the costs, however further large-scale amends will be subject to an hourly charge.
